Meta monthly invoicing: what if the application option is missing?

The monthly invoicing application is not available to every business. First check whether the offer appears in your Business Manager and whether you have the required access. If it does, prepare the company details and apply.

The main guide: Meta credit lines and monthly invoicing.

What the missing banner tells you

Meta’s application guidance limits monthly invoicing to eligible businesses. Look in Billing & payments. Its overview says to continue with the current payment method if the banner is not shown.

That does not tell us your business has a low “trust score.” It tells us this option is not currently being offered there. A spend figure quoted in a sales chat is not enough to promise eligibility either.

Check these details

  • The selected business portfolio, especially when you manage several companies.
  • The ad account and the party responsible for paying Meta. Your card and an agency’s billing setup are different arrangements.
  • Your permissions for financial settings; check with the responsible administrator if necessary.
  • Any offers or required-action messages in Billing & payments. Save the full wording.

If the application is available

Check the legal name, business contacts and payment details before filling it in. Assign someone who can receive the response and provide any requested information. Follow the documents and fields required by your actual application rather than assuming one universal checklist.

Do not put an unapproved credit limit into the media plan. The team still needs a working way to pay for current delivery until the new terms are confirmed.

Make the support question specific

Use the available Meta support route or your official representative if you have one. Ask for a concrete next step. Opening a support case is not approval of a credit line.

A question about invoicing availability needs the business ID and a description of the situation. Do not send passwords, backup codes or a full card number.
